At ED MAP, we take our work very seriously, but we try to not take ourselves too seriously. We try to have a little fun too - as some of the pictures on this page might suggest. We know that happy people produce higher quality and better service. We know that our service to your students is an extension of your brand. We work hard to get it right.

Our commitment to provide outstanding customer service is explicit in our values statement that we share with all employees:

To succeed, every ED MAP employee must work cooperatively, and with a responsibility to the overall success of the organization. Each employee is expected to act with the highest degree of customer service, and always with a sense of thoughtful urgency.

ED MAP is a constantly changing environment, and employees must be willing to take initiative to handle new situations, and remain flexible and willing to change with the organization while continuing to work collaboratively.
